5    Question    Once approval completed how can i proceed with the budget claim or any further advise?
      Answer    "All approval on budget will be claim by the club or event advisor (UTP staff) and students will be notified prior upon the budget approved and another sets of consultation will be carried out by the advisor :

6    Question    When the Co-Curriculum class begin
      Answer    Co-Curriculum class will begin on week 3 of studies after the add and drop session completed. Students must complete their course registration process  and register their class slot via Ulearn. Students are     prohibited        to attend the class without proper course registration via Ucampus

7    Question    How can i check my Co-Curriculum class schedule & venue
      Answer    Co-Curriculum class will begin on week 3 of studies after the add and drop session completed. Students may view the complete class time table under         Module time table at http://utptt.edu.my website, or go to the        UTP webiste gateway link to locate the timetable website link accordingly

8    Question    Can I change my Co-Curriculum course after add and drop period?
      Answer    Course changes can only be done during add and drop period. This will also subject to the class limited placement, if the desire course is already         full, students may not be able to register it via u campus. No appeal        for manual registration will be done for any full courses, and students are advise to         choose other courses that still vacant, all via Ucampus.

9    Question    How can I apply for Co-Curriculum credit exemption?
      Answer    On last University Exam Council has decided that the co-curriculum exemption is no longer can be evaluated based on programs participated by students,         but only for students whom already taken their diploma or        exchange program with co-curriculum course enrolled into the subject from other universities with         course learning outcome and program learning outcome in tandem with ours. This will later then deliberated in the council        for exemption. All UG students must         proceed taking 2 credit hours for Co-Curriculum.
