Please log your request to the Unified Customer Service (UCS) Portal. You may refer to the guideline provided as below:

Subject                      :         SSD – Security Services Request
Your Enquiry           :           (Please provide the following information)

        1. Name
        2. Student/Staff number
        3. Email address
        4. Date of CCTV footage to be viewed.
        5. Time of CCTV footage to be viewed.
        6. Location of CCTV footage to be viewed.
        7. Reason for the request.
        8. The information will be sent via UCS/email.

Note:
The request is subject to the approval by the Security Senior Manager.
