You can request confirmation of a student's qualification or enrolment details, subject to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 & Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS’s privacy policy, if you're a:
• Background Screening Company
• Government organisation
• Potential employer
• Educational institution

2. What type of documents required for this purpose?
Your request must include a student's signed authorisation to release information to you. We will revert to you within three (3) working days.

3. How can I request for education verification?
Please log a case through UCS Portal. You may refer to the guideline provided as below:

Student’s details
1. Student name

2. Copy of student’s transcript/certificate/completion letter
3. Education Verification Template (if any)

Kindly attach all the required documents for verification purposes.

Note: If we can't confirm your company details or the student's permission, your request will be declined.

4. I am the first time user, kindly advise on how to register at UCS Portal?

After successful registered, kindly follow the instruction as per guideline provided.
