1. When will the Final Exam Timetable available?
The final exam timetable will tentatively be available by Week 9 (first draft) and finalized by Week 10 of the semester.
2. How to view Final Exam Timetable?
Kindly login into UScheduleExam (https://cloud.timeedit.net/uscheduleutp/web) to view final exam timetable.
3. How to sign in UScheduleExam?
Sign in with username (without @utp.edu.my) and UTP ID password.
4. How do I found out when my exam is?
Student Individual Timetable can be viewed in USchedule Exam. You are reminded to check the schedule and take note of the date, time and venue for the sitting of all subjects taken.
5. In my first draft timetable, I have two exams on the same day. What should I do?
If you are having clash cases, please log a UCS case under REX subject. REX will attend clash cases only (having more than 2 examinations at one time/session), any other request will not be entertained.
6. Why my withdrawn course still appear in my final exam timetable?
Yes, withdrawn course still appear in the timetable. You may ignore it as you are not eligible to sit for the said paper.
7. Why my final exam venue different from my peers? Their course name and code do not have -01.
Please note that it is possibly due to a large group of students taking that paper, thus the exam venue is a split venue. Other possibility is that the venue is almost full and need to be filled-up to utilize the space in exam venue.
8. Do exam dates change?
Changes may occur to the timetable, therefore, please ensure that you recheck your exam details on a regular basis prior to your examination(s). If any changes occur after final draft has been published, affected students will be notified through UTP email accordingly.
9. Can the examination venue change?
Exam venues are as published with the final exam timetable. The exam venue is very unlikely to change from the venue displayed on the timetable. Very exceptionally a venue may change, if so, the changes will be informed to the students accordingly.
